Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy. Generally, fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise specified in your service agreement.
If you sign up for a free trial, we may require payment information upfront. You will be charged when the trial period ends unless you cancel before that date.
The Services, including all software, technology, content, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by GuardAxion and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services as permitted under these Terms.
You retain ownership of any data, content, or materials you submit to our Services ("Your Content"). You grant us a license to use Your Content solely to provide and improve the Services.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use the Services at your own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GUARDAXION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $1,000, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GuardAxion and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place in Delaware, USA.
You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the federal or state courts located in Delaware.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Software License, constitute the entire agreement between you and GuardAxion.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to any affiliate or successor entity.
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, or government actions.
